The promotion of non-executive directors, a name originally coined by the Bank of England in the early 80s and permission was granted to use the name in Australia in 1987.

The original cornerstones on which our company was based were to improve the quality of directors and enhance corporate governance throughout corporate Australia. These principal objectives remain as the foundation of our business to this day.
