Research

Sydney Finkelstein, ProNed's joint venture partner, is a pre-eminent academic and leader in management research. Articles by Sydney Finkelstein have been published in the Harvard Business Review, Strategic Management Journal, Organisational Dynamics, Journal of Business Strategy, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organisation Science, and other leading business journals.

He received the Academy of Management Executive Award for Best Article of the Year (1997), and an award from McKinsey for an article on boards of directors (2002). In 2007 he was also inducted to the Hall of Fame of the Academy of Management, an honour bestowed upon only few of their 20,000 membership.
