The unique ProNed candidate register & database

At ProNed we continue to expand and improve our unique database which contains over 14,000  candidate files nationally but with the majority based in NSW and Victoria in line with business activity and population. The application of our search techniques and extensive network also provides access to a significant pool of additional potential candidates who meet the criteria for a particular assignment.

At ProNed we apply a comprehensive assessment process to the registration of candidates on our database. This involves a review of the candidates’ detailed career resume together with an interview by an experienced, senior ProNed consultant. Only candidates who are assessed as likely to be suitable potential company directors are then accepted onto our database.

As part of this process, a detailed analysis of the candidate’s individual skills and experience is recorded on his or her personal file for subsequent matching with the specific skills and experience required to meet the needs of future search assignments.

The specially designed ProNed candidate nomination form provides this information relating to each candidate on our register.

A stringent update process is continuously applied to our database including regular resume updates and follow up contact with candidates, telephone and face to face interviews as well as a review and collection of relevant media articles and references. This occurs on an ad hoc basis  for all candidates but is specifically carried out for any candidate being considered for inclusion on a search assignment shortlist. Consequently, our clients can be confident that the biographical summary of any candidate appearing on a ProNed shortlist will be current and up to date.
