Director Remuneration Audits

We undertake specific board remuneration reviews for individual companies to provide them with our recommendation as to the appropriate range of fees that should be paid to their directors. This is our most frequently called for board advisory service, particularly in times of increasing director responsibilites, the growth of board committee work and the ever increasing challenge of senior management and board remuneration levels by shareholders.
